Our NEW Lot!!

Kris and I have finally made a decision! We went lot shopping yesterday! We found, and bought the perfect lot! It is an acre with lots of cedar and oak trees! It has already been cleaned out, just needs a few trees cut down for our house! We don't plan on building for a little bit, but we do have a place to build now! This lot is in the edition we have loved since we moved here! It is located between San Marco and New Braunfels! It will make my drive a lot quicker! Can't wait for yall to come see it! Eventually our address will be 2170 Ranch Loop Drive!

Let's Rodeo San Antonio!

We went to the San Antonio Rodeo on Thursday. This was my first rodeo! It was a lot of fun! I even got my first pair of boots, which I love! We got to see a little bit of everything! I am not the biggest fan of calf wrestling though! Toby Keith put on a concert after the rodeo! It was great seeing him again!

We got to go to a Spurs Foundation called the Tux N' Tennies dinner. You were to dress formally and were tennis shoes! Kind of weird, but we did it anyway! Diagonal from our table was Tim Duncan and his wife, Manu Ginobili and is wife, and Tony Parker and Eva Longoria-Parker! She didn't follow the rules! She wore like 6 inch heels! It was really a neat event. We didn't get our picture taken with them or Eva, but did get a picture with the owner that I sat next to at the Spurs game! I think David Robinson was the friendliest person there. He was taking pictures with fans all night! We had a blast and hope to go again next year!

Here are some pictures of the Spurs game we went to on the front row! It was very neat! I sat next to one of the owners! And yes, this was the game that was in the Sports Illustrated of Kris taking a picture and only my foot made it!

Catch Up!

Kris and I have been pretty busy since the summer season. I just uploaded our pictures today from last October! We went to Port Aransas again for our anniversary. Kris took me to the Corpus Christi Aquarium. We got to see a live dolphin show, which I have never seen! This trip there were dolphins everywhere! It was a fun trip, even though it rained majority of the time!

We then went to the lake with some of Kris's co-workers. We had a great time! They are a lot braver than me! That water was too cold for me! And yes dad, I did just fine loading the boat, with lots of verbal cues from Kris!

South Padre was our last trip for October. Kris went down to help out and see how the park there operated. I was a total bum! Unfortunately the red tide was in, so we were unable to get in the water! I did get some great pictures though!

It was then time for Christmas season for Kris. This winter was our coldest! My family came down for Thanksgiving at our house. It was nice actually completing the meal and having everyone here! We went to the park for the Christmas event. Kris's parents came down the weekend before Christmas. It was nice to shop and hang out with them. It was cold, but fun!

Now Christmas has come and gone, with summer around the corner! Bode's paws have healed! He has fur on all four paws, and hasn't licked them since! Things down here have been busy, but fun!
